2025 – 2026 Dates for Dance Competitions & Workshops (Click here to access the list)

• 1 Required Convention
  • NRG Dance Convention – January 23 – 25 (Venue: Loews Atlanta)

• 4 Regional Competition Dates – typically start on Friday afternoon through Sunday (final schedule typically not released until a week prior to event date)
  1. Applause Talent Competition– March 13 – 15 in Carrollton (Venue: Carrollton High School Mabry Arts Center)
  2. TBD Competition – March 27 – 29
  3. Platinum Dance Competition – April 24 – 26 in/around Atlanta area (Venue: not determined yet)
  4. BravO! Dance Competition – May 1– 3 in Athens, GA (Venue: The Classic Center)

• National Competition –
  • Platinum National Dance Competition – June 8 – 13 in Panama City Beach, FL (Venue: Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort)

• Oher Important Dates –
  • Big/Little Sibling Reveal – TBD September
  • Group Photos – TBD (likely Oct/Nov)
  • Production Reveal/Choreo Weekend – Nov 7-9
  • Holiday Party – Sunday, December 14 (timing and details to be provided)
  • Hair and Makeup Session – sometime in early/mid-January
  • Showcase – Weekend of February 14-15, 2026
  • FootNotes Picture Week – April 17-23

Within the next few weeks, we will be sending out suggested accommodations for out of town regional competitions. PLEASE make your reservations AS SOON AS YOU GET THE INFORMATION ABOUT IT!  It is easier to cancel a room than to reserve a room as competition dates grow closer…always check cancellation policies with the hotel.
