Thank you to everyone for coming out for the Big/Little Sister Reveal. It was great to see all of our dancers at the park today! Our pumpkin patch was filled with unique, creative and crafty pumpkins! What a fun way for our Big Sisters to announce their Little Sisters! A huge THANK YOU to Melanie Pursell and Angela Coppola for planning and coordinating such a fun event for our dancers! We look forward to a great season for the “Sisters”.
This is just a reminder that TODAY is the day for the Big/Little Sister Reveal! The grass at the park is a little ‘mushy’ from the rain so dress accordingly. We will plan to use the Pavilion area.
Big Sisters: Please plan on arriving at the park by 5:15pm with your “you know what” per the email that was sent to you. Please carpool from FootNotes.
Little Sisters: Please arrive at FootNotes to carpool to the park between 5:30pm and 5:40pm at the very latest. Please remember to bring your “you know what” per the email that was sent to you.

Update: The Group Photo PDF has been updated with group arrival times, as well as address and parking information for next weekend’s Group Photo Shoot (Sunday, November 1). Please review the document carefully. It is SUPER important to arrive on time at your group’s arrival time in order to stay on the photo shoot schedule. Each parent should have received an email today indicating if your dancer is a BIG or LITTLE Sister this season. The email contains important information about what your dancer needs to do for this Sunday’s (October 25) Big/Little Sister Reveal. It also includes exact times to arrive/carpooling is recommended, etc. Please make sure you have read this email and let us know if you have any questions. Moms are welcome at the park for the Big/Little Reveal.

If for some reason your dancer is unable to make it to the Big/Little Sister Reveal, please let us know that as well (email us at the above address).
Lastly, if the weather does not cooperate with us since this is an outside event, we will be in touch on Sunday for alternative plans.

Our Hotel Logistics team (Trisha Urrea and Lori Murphy) has been busy on the phones to secure hotels for our out of town regional competition…thank you again, ladies, for all of your hard work!

There is a lot of information being communicated about each option listed in this document. Make sure you review each hotel’s cancellation policy as you are booking the reservation.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you can not secure the rate that is listed for a hotel, please email us at footnotesdanceblog@gmail.com, (include which hotel and rate), and we will get that information to our Hotel Logistics committee for review with the hotel. They will let you know if they are able to secure additional rooms at the special rate. Note that we are not able to secure a block of 65+ rooms at these rates at each hotel…hotels will not allow us to do that. We have smaller blocks of rooms secured at each hotel, with the option of them allowing us to open up more accommodations should we book to their maximum allowed for the block (assuming rooms are still available at that rate).
