Thanks to all of the New and second year Vibe parents that were able to attend the Parent Meeting yesterday!  We emailed the Parent Meeting communication just ahead of the meeting, and we have added it to the Member Information webpage for future reference.  As a reminder, it includes links to web pages and google forms that you may need to access in the future.    

Dates shared at the meeting (and those listed in the Parent Communication) have been updated on the Master Calendar.    

Due Soon…Reminders:

• Please remember to fill out Jacket and Backpack Order Form by end of day today.   Click here to access the order form.  We need an answer from EVERY DANCER, even if you do not need to order a jacket or backpack.    This is our only time to order these items for this season.
• If you haven’t turned in your Vibe Contract to Cheryl, please turn it into the front desk at the Studio ASAP.

Recital Dates

We have added the FootNotes Recital Dress Rehearsal and FootNotes Recitals days on the Master Calendar (June 5 and June 6 respectively).

FootNotes/Vibe Magnet

We gave out FootNotes/Vibe Magnets to new Vibe members at the Parent Meeting (1 per each dancer family).  If you did not receive your magnet, please email us at footnotesdanceblog@gmail.com.

We have additional Magnets for sale should you want a second or third for other cars…they are $5 each (cash or check).  Magnets will be available for purchase from the front desk at FootNotes once classes begin on August 24.

The Vibe 2020-2021 Member Information web page is now active under the Members Only section of the website.  Please click here to access our Member Information web page.  As a reminder, this page is password protected.  The password was sent out via email to all members in the “Welcome” email earlier this month.  

The Member Information webpage contains several documents:

1.  The 2020-2021 Member Directory which lists all dancer info by group name/by dancer first name.   Please review your dancer’s directory information for any errors or changes needed.    If you find anything that needs correcting, please communicate the change via the Member Directory Updates form also listed on the Member Information webpage.
2. The Vibe Handbook (which contains the Vibe contract that needs to be turned into FootNotes if you have not already done so).
3. Payment Plans for each dance group, as well as Additional Solo/Duo/Trio/Small Group payment plan.
4. The Schedule Conflict Update Form is also located here.

The Parent Meeting communication will be sent out via email later today.     

• ALL MEMBERS:  Click here to access/fill out the 2020-2021 Medical Release Form.  This form must be filled out for all Vibe dancers, even if you are a returning member.  Please complete by Sunday, August 30 end of day.  We have also added to the Team To Do List webpage for easy access.
• REMINDER – NEW Members (required) & 2nd Year Members (optional):  The Parent ‘Kickoff of the Season’ Meeting will be held this afternoon…Thursday, August 20 at 6pm at the Studio. Lots of “company” information will be shared. We anticipate the meeting will run 1-1.5 hours.  This is an important meeting for new members, so please make every effort to attend.
  • Note that this is a parent only meeting (dancers should not attend).  Only 1 parent needs to attend, but both are welcome!
  • Please bring a chair or blanket to sit on.
  • Please wear a mask.
  • Your Vibe Parent and Dancer Contract Agreement to FootNotes for this 2020-21 dance season is due.   If you haven’t already turned this document in, please make sure that this is completed and turned into the front desk at the studio.
• And for our Returning (2+ year) Members…the Parent Meeting communication will be emailed to all members this afternoon.
