We have 2021 NATIONALS t-shirt & tank options to offer to dancers, moms, and dads!    We will offer one t-shirt and one tank option with our custom Nationals logo shown below (thank you, Maya Frank!).  We are taking PRE-ORDERS ONLY for both options. You have NOW until SUNDAY, JUNE 13 at 11pm to pre-order. We will not have samples available for try-on at the studio.

Please note that all sales are final.  Be sure that you double check your sizes and quantities before submitting your order form. Once your order is placed, the total cost of your order will be charged by FootNotes to your credit card on file. Distribution info will be announced via blog post as soon as we know when the items will be available for pick-up at the studio.
