We are offering Photo Buttons again this year for our Vibe dancers to show spirit for our girls.  The buttons are 3″ in diameter and will feature a photo of your dancer with a red border that says “FootNotes Dance & Acrobatics” around the outer edge. It can be further customized with your daughter’s name, as an option.  See button example above.

*Headshot photos for the photo buttons will be taken THIS SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 15TH AT SHOWCASE during the break between Dress Rehearsal and the 4pm show.*

If you wish to purchase a photo button this year, please fill out the attached Google Form to have your dancer’s headshot taken and indicate how many buttons you wish to order.  We will grab the girls from their dressing room just before lunch. 

What to wear: Hair, makeup and earrings will already be photo ready, so please have your dancer wear her FootNotes jacket.

• Sunday, February 4: 12:00 – 1:00 PM

• Saturday, January 18 from 11:30am – 12:30pm
• NOTE:  An alternative headshot date has been set for the few dancers that are unable to make the January 18 day and time.  The make-up date for the headshot is this Wednesday, January 15 from 4:00pm to 5:15pm. We prefer that this is used only for those dancers that can not make the January 18 @ 11:30 – 12:30pm time window (so that we do not take up valuable class time during the week).
• We also realize some dancers are rehearsing during this timeframe.  Cheryl says those dancers that want a button can get their headshots taken in between their rehearsal and the Production rehearsal time.  Just make sure that you arrive at the studio with make-up, hair, etc. per the below.

Car Magnets

We are also offering the option to purchase a Vibe car magnet if you would like to purchase one for your other car(s), or for your dancer’s car.  They are $5 each.

SAVE THE DATE!   Group Photo dates have been set, including a rain date in case of inclement weather!

• Group Photos are slated for Sunday, November 4.  This is a required event.  Please plan to block off the entire afternoon for planning purposes.  Pictures will be taken at a location in the Atlanta area (still to be determined),  Each dance group will have photos taken (as a group), as well as an “all company” photo.  Exact times for each group and location/parking information will be announced closer to the event.  Details on what to wear, how to style hair, and make-up will be sent out in a few weeks.
  • NOTE:  We know this date is on the same date as the Tremaine Dance Convention, but it was the only date where multiple schedule conflicts did not exist.  Tremaine is an optional convention event, so if your dancer wishes to attend it, she may sign-up for Saturday only (the convention allows for attending 1 day only).  And if the convention schedule for Sunday is in the morning only, your dancer may opt to sign up for Sunday as well.
  • The “Rain Date” for Group Photos will be Saturday, November 10, in the afternoon as well.  Please mark your calendars with this date, should we need it.
  • The Master Calendar has been updated with placeholder events for these 2 dates.
