Master Calendar Updates

The following is scheduled choreography dates/weekends for each group. The Master Calendar has been updated with this information.   We will update exact days and times as soon as they are finalized.  Please make sure you keep your dancer’s schedule updated with these dates. All choreography for your group’s required pieces is mandatory.    

August 2-3

  • ELITE Open Large Optional w/ Madison (she wants this to be a large group (10+ dancers) to make it happen) 10-2pm each day

August 7-8

  • OVATION Jazz 10-2pm each day

August 13-15

  • PREMIER Small Group & OVATION Small Group (dancers TBD by Madison over RTB) – these are Choreographer chosen
  • Angela Kahle comes to set PREMIER Tap, ELITE Tap, and Musical Theatre (this dance is an optional one for ELITE)
  • Schedule TBD

August 20-22

Jon Carr Weekend will set some but not all of the following: (Schedule TBD)

  • ELITE Large Group, PREMIER Large Group, and OVATION Large Group (all Contemporary) 
  • ELITE Small Group (TBD over RTB) & PREMIER Small Group (dancers TBD over RTB) – Both are Choreographer chosen

  • BRAVO Jazz w/ Madison – schedule to be determined
  • BRAVO Tap w/ Carrie – schedule to be determined
  • STARLET Tap w/ Carrie –  schedule to be determined

August 23 (yes, we know it’s a Monday)

  • 5:30-9:30 Cherrise ELITE Large Group

August 27 (yes, we know it’s a Friday)

  • 5:30-9:30 Cherrise ELITE Small Group (dancers TBD over RTB) – Choreographer chosen 

August 28

  • ENCORE Jazz 3-6pm

August 29

  • ENCORE Jazz 10am-12noon

September 11-12

  • PREMIER Jazz w/ Madison Saturday 10-2 and Sunday 3-6pm
  • ELITE Small Group Jazz (dancers TBD by Madison over RTB – choreographer chosen) Saturday 3-6pm and Sunday 10-2pm

September 17-19 Jon Carr weekend

  • same schedule options as August 20-22 weekend – Schedule TBD

October 15-17

  • Production – BRAVO, ELITE, OVATION, PREMIER – Schedule TBD

October 22-23

  • Ricky at Studio for HipHop – Schedule TBD

Below are some details about additional/optional pieces for this season:

  1. Additional/Optional piece Interest Forms will be sent via email to PREMIER and ELITE and BRAVO.   We need the interest form filled out by all dancers in these groups by Tuesday, July 27 EOD.      
  2. IMPORTANT NOTE About Optional Pieces:   Your dancer will not be eligible for extra/optional pieces if any other extracurricular activities interfere with any class, choreography, or rehearsal times.  Please make sure that you take this into consideration when you are answering the interest form.         

The following are other dances that are still to be scheduled…

  • STARLET Jazz will start in class with Madison
  • ENCORE Contemporary will start in class with Madison
  • ENCORE Tap, OVATION Tap, OVATION Hip Hop, BRAVO Lyrical and BRAVO Optional HipHop, and PREMIER/ELITE Line are all to be scheduled.
