REMINDER: Parents’ Night Out at FootNotes Dance & Acrobatics is TONIGHT! For those who have registered their kiddos for the event, we hope you have an amazing night out while we have fun with your kids.

For those volunteering at the event…thank you in advance for your time!! A reminder/details email (from the GMAIL account) was sent out to those who have signed up to volunteer on the Signup Genius.

Calendar Update for next weekend

Cheryl and Jon Carr want to schedule additional time for Production Rehearsals next Saturday, November 16 (which is our rain date for group pictures…it looks like we will have good weather this Saturday). Cheryl does not have a schedule from Jon yet. So, ALL GROUPS, please keep the day open…we will be in touch with schedule details as soon as she hears from him. Note that this date is in addition to the Sunday, November 17 Production Rehearsals already on the calendar (those times/groups will be communicated as soon as they are known).

The Master Calendar has been updated with a placeholder for Production Rehearsals on this date.

Group Photo Information – Schedule/Address/Parking info added

The Group Photo PDF has been updated with group arrival times, as well as address and parking information. Please review the document carefully. It is SUPER important to arrive on time at your group’s arrival time in order to stay on the photo shoot schedule (it is roughly a 45-50 minute drive to this address without traffic). IMPORTANT: Tuesday, November 5 schedule changes for OVATION, PREMIER, & ELITE

Cherrise is at the studio tomorrow (Tuesday, November 5.) Therefore, your dancer’s group may have a different class schedule (times may be different from your dancer’s normal Tuesday class drop off and pickup times). OVATION, PREMIER & ELITE will have the following schedules on Tuesday, November 5:

OVATION Hip Hop – 5:30pm – 6:15pm
OVATION w/ Cherrise – 6:30pm – 7:30pm
OVATION Ballet – 7:45pm – 8:45pm

PREMIER Ballet – 5:00pm – 6:15pm
PREMIER Hip Hop – 6:15pm – 7:00pm
PREMIER w/ Cherrise – 7:30pm – 9:00pm

ELITE Ballet – 6:15pm – 7:30pm
ELITE w/ Cherrise – 7:30pm – 9:00pm
ELITE – No Hip Hop tomorrow

Spirit Night at Bambinelli’s

Bambinelli’s Pizza & Pasta is hosting a Spirit Night for us on Wednesday, November 13 from 5:00pm – 8:00pm! Show your FootNotes spirit…grab your dance friends and/or your family and head a few doors down from the studio. You will enjoy great food and a fun time hanging out with your FootNotes dance family! A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to The Vibe Performance Company. Spirit Night includes Dine-in or Take-out orders.

Solo/Duo/Trio SUG Update

The Solo/Duo/Trio Signup Genius has been updated – November dates for private rehearsals are now available (this is the complete list of dates that will be available for November). There are openings still available for this Friday (10/25) if you have not had a private this month. Note that when we get into December, there will be fewer openings available. Reminders:

Make sure that you note on the Signup Genius whether you are signing up for your dancer’s solo, duo, or trio rehearsal. Please make sure that only 1 mom or dancer signs up for a given slot for a duo or trio.
Please bring your music to the private lesson.
Please bring payment ($30 for a 30 minute session with Cheryl, & $35 for Madison) at the start of each rehearsal. There is no option to have this charge added to your FootNotes account. All dancers must pay the instructor directly by either check, Venmo, or cash.
If your dancer is unable to attend your booked rehearsal session, you must notify FootNotes at footnotesdance@comcast.net, at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled time. If you ‘miss’/forget a rehearsal that you have signed up for, you are still responsible for the payment to the instructor.
As always, dancers are always free to book an empty room to practice on their own.
